How we are making the theatre Covid-19 Secure

Covid Secure measures at The Wharf Theatre
The health and safety of our audiences are of the utmost importance. In order to make your visit safe and enjoyable, we have put the below measures in place. These measures will be reviewed regularly and updated in accordance with Government guidance relating to indoor performances.

Our Covid secure measures include:
Reduced seating capacity – auditorium is reduced to a 30 seat limit.
There will be at least one vacant seat either side of your party and no more than 6 will be seated together.
Ventilation of fresh air through the auditorium will be ensured through air conditioning units.
All audience members will be asked to follow guidance regarding wearing face masks unless exempt for health reason. Front of House staff will also wear face coverings.
Track and trace will be in place using contact details taking from ticket bookings.
A one-way system will be in place through the theatre.
Hand sanitiser will be in place throughout the building.
There will be enhanced cleaning of the auditorium between performances.
Signage will be used throughout the building to encourage social distancing.
Ordering of interval drinks will be taken before the performance and placed at tables to avoid audiences needing to gather at the bar.

Refund Policy
We are aware that the current times are very uncertain therefore even the best laid plans may change. We want to ensure maximum flexibility by allowing tickets to be refunded up to 24 hours before the performance. Therefore, if anyone in your party is displaying symptoms of Coronavirus there is no need to worry.
We are a small theatre and because of this we cannot guarantee we can resell tickets on the day. Should you need to cancel a ticket in the 24 hour period before the performance, we may not be able to offer a full refund, but instead will offer a gift voucher for the value of the tickets to be used towards another performance.
